Application Process
Once you have your application completely filled out and the initial required documentation (listed on the front cover page of the application) collected, call our office at 717-977-3900 to submit your application. Application appointments are preferred as intake specialists are not available at all properties.
When you initially apply for one or more of our properties, your application will be processed by our property management staff to determine if you are eligible for the waiting list of the properties that you selected on your application. You will receive a letter from property management when this process is completed.
When there is a possible opening available for you, our property management staff will reach out to you. Additional paperwork, including an updated application, provided by property management will need to be filled out and returned within a specified timeframe. At that time, you will also be asked to provide updated income and asset documentation and a non-refundable application fee of $15 per adult in the household (check or money order, NO cash accepted).
