There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for each adult household member and is due when the application is received. NO CASH ACCEPTED.

Contact your property manager for the forms that need completed. A form will need to be completed by both the tenant and the tenant’s physician.

For Redwood, Sunset & Parkview, contact the clerk at the administrative office by calling 717-977-3900 ext. 105. For Valley Terrace, Wayne Gardens, Mount Vernon & Meadow View, please contact the property manager. Tenant accounts must be current to reserve the community room and remain current through the reservation date to use the community room. When scheduling the room, you will be given information on when to pick up the keys. Keys need to be returned to the admin office on the following Monday before 9AM.
