Due to the Governor’s order:
-We are able to receive and date stamp applications.
-We can NOT process applications at this time.
-We can NOT do new leases at this time.
-We are taking rent payments.
-We are doing emergency work orders.

Application must be printed on one side of paper only; do not print on front and back. Must include all pages of application.
Completed applications and all accompanying paperwork must be returned to the Luminest Administrative Office Located at 82 W. Queen Street Chambersburg, PA 17201.
There is a $25 non-refundable application fee for each adult household member and is due when the application is received. NO CASH ACCEPTED.

Administrative office is open Monday-Friday 9am – 4:30pm.
You can apply for one than more of our properties with only one application fee; let us know for which property you will like to be consider first.

Yes, the length of your wait depends on your household size and eligibility.
Contact your property manager for the forms that need completed. A form will need to be completed by both the tenant and the tenant’s physician.
Contact the Supportive Services Coordinator for your property for referrals and assistance.
For Redwood and Sunset, contact the clerk at the administrative office by calling 717-977-3900 ext. 105. Tenant accounts must be current to reserve the community room and remain current through the reservation date to use the community room. When scheduling the room, you will be given information on when to pick up the keys. Keys need to be returned to the admin office on the following Monday before 9AM. For Valley Terrace, Wayne Gardens, & Mount Vernon, please contact the property manager.
